Introductory Flight Request Form

Please complete this form in order to attend your first introductory flight at Holmes Airport, home of the Sangamon Valley R/C Flyers. An instructor will contact you at their earliest convenience to arrange for this flight. If you don't get a response within a couple days, contact David Greifzu at dgreifzu@royell.org.

We have found that not all of the requests have been coming through.  If you have placed a request in the past and never heard from us, please accept our apologies and contact David directly to make arrangements.

NOTE: It is important that once you agree upon a time to meet with one of our instructors, you maintain your appointment unless other arrangements are made.

During this time, you WILL FLY a radio controlled airplane! You WILL LEARN how the transmitter works with the receiver and the controls to make the airplane do what it does in the air! And, you WILL ENJOY your time at the field! You WILL NOT be a spectator. You DO NOT need to have your own equipment for the introductory flight.
